Roberts receives letter from RLI insurance, application denied
Chess players who sue are being sued are generally not eligible for
personal umbrella insurance. If the umbrella does not contain
insurance for what is being sued for, this makes no sense. It really
doesn't matter if you are a plaintiff or defendant, you can't get
umbrella liability insurance.
