intimidation and threats snipped
Funny how an anonymous post on USENET doesn't bring the predictable "you
can
be anyone on USENET" response from our resident troll.
Amazing how Gordon just KNOWS that the OP is EXACTLY who he claims to be.
I call bull****.
I call someone realizing that I have rights. The lawyer cited the same
reasons other lawyers will cite in the REAL WORLD.
"The lawyer" can be anyone. After all, he's just an anonymous poster on
USENET.
I guess that argument only holds true if they're saying something Gordon
DOESN'T like.
Hypocrisy is also frowned upon by the court, just in case Gordon needed
reminding.
People are making themsleves very easy to sue; attorneys are trained to
recognize strong cases. The more intense the rulebreaking, the more likely
a lawyer takes the case on contingency.
Then shut the **** up and sue someone.
Right now, Gordon is just trying to intimidate critics into silence. Wonder
how the court will view that.
