Don't tell a weasel how to suck eggs. I was catching lawyers using
various means to get out of doing things for a long time.

There has to be someone with provable assets before lawyers will bother.
Lawyers are not interested in doing real work or they'd be investment
bankers or other things that take hustle to make a lot of money. Most
lawyers tend to be lax on far too many levels.
