Funny how I'm either speaking for other people or not being addressed.

That's a nice double-bind.

Facts are facts.

Gordon can't possibly prove I'm part of any conspiracy for the simple reason
that I'm not part of any conspiracy.

Therefore, threatening "any member of the (alleged) RICO enterprise" (one
Gordon has already claimed *I* am a part of) is aimed at getting someone
like me (who Gordon has already claimed is a part of a conspiracy) to flip
and give Gordon info he wouldn't otherwise have.
