WHAT A CROCK!

What follows is a scurrilous pack of lies and half truths. Randy
Bauer

IT'S DON SCHULTZ'S FAULT EXPENSES NOT PUBLISHED!

FIRST QUESTION: "Isn't the board required to publish the expense
money received by all board members including the USCF president over
the last five months or so since she was appointed Chief Operating
Officer? Where is the lie in the following item cited by Sam Sloan? Is
the delegate mandate no longer operative?

24. "DELEGATE ACTIONS OF CONTINUING INTEREST":

"42. VOLUNTEER EXPENSES. A summary of all reimbursements to each member
of the Executive Board, International Delegations, and all other
volunteers shall be published in the Executive Board Newsletters and on
the USCF website. (1990, 1998)" Source:
http://www.uschess.org/org/govern/2004delcall.pdf

It was never claimed to be a lie. I've already noted, on either this

or the RGCP forum, that I think this information should -- and will --
be reported. It's my opinion that this, as well as BINFO information,
is ultimately the responsibility of the Secretary of the USCF Executive
Board. Randy Bauer

SECOND QUESTION: If Mr. Dullea is indeed in the hospital, who is

currently editing Chess Life?

I do not know whether he is, in fact, in the hospital. I'd suggest

determining the accuracy of the claim is the first order of business.

What a crock!

Randy Bauer can find out in about 100 seconds. I hope that Gerry Dullea
is doing fine because he did a lot of good things at the Federation (as
well as things I opposed) and possessed a level of fairness which at
the time I judged as low and which today looks pretty elevated.
