The answer to this sort of (alleged) cheating is simple; no
comm devices of any sort in the playing area to include the
audience and the rest rooms. Also, anti-cell devices may
be purchased to prevent cell use in the immediate area.
Hotels, theatres, and other businesses that are harmed by
cell use (highway construction zones) have used them in the
past.

However, making cell phone calls from the restroom during a game,
which is what this guy did, should result in automatic forfeiture.

I notice he won big money in several other tournaments. Just lucky I guess.
