I don't understand the motivation of your question. If the games are on
some online server, you'll have to use whatever adjudication services they
have. If they're not, then no `online adjudication service' has the
authority to declare a result.

And if the games are in progress, it would be very bad form to ask
somebody, ``Is this game drawn?''
