If this is such an important position, no matter how much or little
does the position pay, there must be a nationwide search. Giving it to
someone with no web experience or even professional experience is
ludicrous. The only thing she has done beside playing chess is write
the book Chess ****. This is obviously the job of big brother Shahade
and Don Schultz. That is why Sloan, Parr, Innes are all so quiet about
it. They have no answer and they simply can't justify this decision.
