According to Rene Chun, a grand jury indictment proceedings should have
started on April 5, 2005.

I have had dozens of telephone conversations with Rene Chun, to my
great regret.

Rene Chun is a liar with whom I will never have dealings again. I will
not believe anything he says or writes unless it is confirmed by a
solid source.
