No, the link cannot be in Russian because URLs - by the
standard - can contain only English symbols (not Russian,
not German, etc.). W3C works in this area - may be in the
future all Web Servers and corresponding software will accept
Unicode(UTF-8) symbols in URLs, but it's in the future...

So eventhough it is *easy* to post here in Cyrillic, it does not
matter - links are never Cyrillic.
