In Tennessee how much do you have to pay under the table to get a
favorable change in zoning?

Haas,
I ask that question often myself.
Changes to zoning are sledom declined if there is going to be an
increase in the tax base. Zoning ordinances in Tennesse are, for the
most part, very lax.
