I walked past Gormally at a congress once and he seemed around 6ft tall.
He's meant to be a bit strange, I asked the organisers at Hastings if it
would be ok to get some autographs (yes sad I know but I thought getting the
10 GMs playing in the Premier to sign my Hastings booklet would be quite
something). Anyhow the organiser said yes no problem but be careful with
Gormally and don't approach him if he has just lost. Also he was eyeballing
me later on in the Hastings canteen for some reason but I reckon I could
take him....

Maybe we could start a new thread "Who has been menaced by Gormally and
could you beat him in a fight?" in fact I think I will...
