the real reason Jennifer Shade was hired
wrote:
When I ran for the then policy board in 1993, I was told, by Don
Schultz, that an age old stragety was to try to hire a relative (my
sister) of a PB member to get me to resign. In truth, Ray Gordon is
being discriminated against becasue of the desire to get rid of Shade's
brother from the Policy Board. Then, Harold Winston got that bitch
Susan Polgar to try to become friends with my sister to force me to
resign if elected.
USCF rules state no family member of a Executive Board member can work
for the USCF.
It isn't about SEX (male or female), it is about power. I do not see
how a private association such as the USCF is required to post job
offerings.
I seen several EEOC complaints from Citrix (CTXS: NASDAQ) as a special
advisor to the CEO, and generally, I believe that Ray Gordon can drag
the USCF through the courts for years, but in the end, his case is very
hard to prove.
I still think it is a good faith suit while I have not read the suit.
