I was on premise and poured through the books and interviewed the other

Of the reported 50 or so thou that weren't billed after Debi left, more like
10k. Of the 70k we had in accounts receivable, about 50 will never be
collected. Some of it goes back to 1999.

Goichberg reported $60k unbilled of which $14k was unbilled to
him. This seems inconsistent with your claim of $10k.
As for the $50k in uncollectable accounts receivable going back
to 1999, we were told the very expensive and long delayed 2001-2002
audit was going to clear up such problems. How much of the $50k
predates the start of the 2002-2003 fiscal year? Is this $50k written
off in the 2002-2003 statements?
