It seems to me that the significat part of posts
from those "fake" SamSloans come actually
from the real one. (He considers the number
of hits on his name to be "success", he calls
it being "notable").

The fake Sam Sloan is ten times sicker than the real Sloan.

....who himself is sick enough.
