On this matter, I think Dr. Blair is completely correct. He has never

Louie Blair claims to know not the meaning of
"honest broker," though adding a mincing qualifier.
On the other hand, he denies being what he knows not,
though he is certain that he is not.

Such is our Louie. Screwy? He denies it until
he knows what may be meant by the word.
