My comment pertains more to the fake Sam Sloan rather than to the
judgmentday persona, but, given that many of the fake Sloan posts (1)
impersonated a board member of a non-profit corporation, and (2) seem
designed to influence the elections and contracts of this corporation,
quite possibly to the financial advantage of the fake, couldn't the
case be made that this person's actions are criminal? This would mean
that a public official might be convinced to conduct the
investigation. Might be more effective than the real Sloan acting as
his own lawyer, and cheaper than hiring one. Heywood, you seem more
knowledgeable than I -- what's your take on this ?
