Sam Sloan is a liar. I am a certified TD and a life member of the
USCF. The organization is run by perverts, such as the convicted
kidnapper, Sam Sloan. Where is the lie? The truth of the sitaution is
that we are dealing with the problems of having a convicted kidnapper
serve as a corporate officer. The USCF looks foolish.
Sam Sloan went to prision for kidnapping. He has my vote! If people
can't see the harm this convicted felon does in serving as a corporate
officer, then why even have elections?

I spoke with the vice president of human resources for a major
international company today and he advised me that Mr. Hall should
immediatly contact an attorney. He also informed me I was correct in
the HIPPA violation of Mr. Sloan. He also advised me that if the
Executive board did not take immediate,positive action to silence and
or remove Mr. Sloan then the USCF would be exposed to a greater
liability by their failure to act and protect the federal rights of an
employee.
If he told you that, then he does not understand the situation.
Why don't you give me his number and I will explain it to him?
Meanwhile, I am going by what the official on the US Government
hotline told me.

Spoke to them as well. It's amazing what kinds of answers you get when
you give all of the information in the correct contect. They were nice
enough to give me two additional federal departments to file
additional complaints with. Congratulations, you have violated three
different Fedreal laws! They also advised he contact a private
attorney because their investigations would take several months due to
a backlog of cases.

An employer always has a right to review an employees performance and
privatly council them regarding it. You DO NOT have the right as an
employer to discuss any information from his confidential employment
records publically . The most honorable thing for you to do Sam would
be to resign from your current position to spare the USCF potential
exposure to litigation. The choice is yours as to how this comes out.

I do not have access to any personal, private medical information
about Bill Hall. I only know the various excuses Bill Hall has
provided for not coming in to work frequently. I do not know whether
these excuses are valid or not or whether he was really sick or not.
This explains why Rob Mitchell is full of hot air.
I do know that when I called Bill Hall yesterday to ask him about the
$24,000 check that he presumably signed that bounced, he was not in
the office then either.
