Default Why should we want it (USCF) to survive?

I think its a better idea to stop funding things. Stop
throwing away money. There's a descent cash flow.
They were just wasting it.

What is your idea of a "superior new organization?"
In my view of things, if you want a "superior new organization," start by
drawing those Metro Districts onto the blank slate. Fund the Districts with a
substantial portion of the national dues a la Mensa model.
In that fashion you'd have a national HQ that could "reach down" with "hands
on" and actually "do something" for chess in its basic organizational market..
the metropolitan area. The Metro Districts would function as the "organizer -
poromter of first and/or last resort, as the need might be, in its operating
territory."
