It has been alleged that Donna Alarie recently went to Crossville to
grab all the necessary documents for attorney Brian P Lafferty to file
a lawsuit against the USCF. It has also been alleged that Brian P
Lafferty has had a long history of suing small companies like the USCF
and extort them for money. He'll eventually settle out of court with a
big profit. That's how he makes his money. Donna Alarie is helping him
because she has had a long history of hatred for the USCF after she
was fired by a former USCF ED. She'll do anything to
get even.

Who is Brian Mottershead? More importantly, are we being gamed here?

Here are the facts. Just the facts.

1. Brian Lafferty got suspended from the Forum for 1 week.
2. Brian Mottershead appears.
3. BM comes from the same state as BL.
4. BM has no rated games on record since January 1, 1991 - !
5. BM's last renew date: "Renew date: Last Change Dt.
2007-05-14" (This could also be the date that he initially joined the
USCF.)
6. They both sound like scumbags.
7. They both bitch and moan the same way.
8. Donna Alarie probably ****s them both.

This may all just be a coincidence here. This could be just a newcomer
who has no ties to Brian Lafferty and is not operating as his
surrogate while he is suspended. So is Brian P Lafferty a crooked
lawyer as charged or is it just a coincidence?
