Not true. The USCF Forum is not a public forum. Access to the forum is
limited. One must apply. It is not easy to find the place and get in
here and members are few.
Known Troublemakers like Phil Innes, Rob Mitchell, Bill Brock, Larry
Parr and a host of others are not allowed access to the Forum.

Forget the notary public. I am a notary public and my wife, Kayo, is
one too.
However, for "Rob Mitchell" ever to get back into my email group, I
will require the standard 37-allele Y-chromosome DNA test proving who
he really is, in addition to the items listed above.

There are members of your group who are not USCF members and who have
no USCF ID number. You are false and pretentious. The truth is you did
not like it that I asked you direct questions about your character. A
character whose worth you have demonstrated by banning me for
questioning it. Honesty comes hard for you, doesn't it?
I never required you to have ever been a USCF member. I simply stated
that if you are or have ever been a USCF member please provide your ID
number. However, if you have never been a USCF member please state so.
I did not do this on my own. I did so after several members of my
email group complained about you, that you were not a real person.
I gave you about six warnings stating that if you refused you would be
suspended. You stated that you would not comply and therefore I was
left with no choice under the rules but to suspend you.
