A pretty impressive result for some who's supposedly inactive.
That "New York Mayor's Cup" was an unrated, unofficial 30-minute
exhibition event, in which Polgar picked all her opponents.
There is no doubt that if Polgar played in official competition, she
would have a good chance, but the fact remains that she has not played
since 2004 and before that she had not played since 1996.
