He said two untrue things. First of all, he claimed it was only a one year
deal, when in fact it is a three year deal with the earliest out being about 18
months after signing. Secondly, the claim of an NDA in the contract which
doesn't exist. Funnily enough, these are the same lies De Feis had tried in the
past.
