You have read wrong.

Beginner: 10-20 sec/move
Easy : 30-40 sec/move
Normal: 1-2 min/move
Master: 5-10 min/move

I've got a screen capture of your game on beginner level taking 144
seconds to make a move... It actually took longer, I just got tired of
Screen Capturing It's following move, it took 48 seconds...
