Most of the defendants, including G-d and the US, have nothing to do
with this case at all. The shotgun approach that Sam is using should
be testament to the very case in general. Mr. Sloan has many personal
targets unfortunately.

I am sorry that someone hacked you; but the evidence provided is
extraordinarily weak and it is a political witch-hunt authorized by
the current ED. Any technical kid can spoof an IP address Marcus. Ask
a technical layman that you know.

It is possible to frame Paul Troung. Yes, I'll admit, it is possible.

In a criminal sense, I do see reasonable doubt. In a civil sense, the
standard is lessor than beyod a reasonalbe doubt. These are thousands
of posts we are dealing with, if the New York Times report is correct,
I do not believe an imposter is likely.

So, my opinion based on the New York Times

Troung - gulity of being a fake sam slan
Sloan - probably faked himself, or another on the morning of August 2,
2007.
Russian - a third fake sam sloan, but I can't prove it or disprove it,
becasue of the reason that any IP address could be spoofed.

It could all be a plot by Kirsan Ilyumzhinov to take over the world of
chess, but I simply doubt it. Troung sent libelous e-mails about me to
FIDE. He has engaged in a PATTERN of INSANE behavior.

The essence of what Mr. Truong wrote was addressed in my attorney's letter
which has been made public, as you no doubt know.
