The essence of what Mr. Truong wrote was addressed in my attorney's letter
which has been made public, as you no doubt know.
Ah, yes, and I'm sure _your_ attorney described the matter in a
completely fair and objective manner. (Pause for uncontrollable
mirth.) Without knowing what was actually said, there's no way for us
to determine whether the statements were actionable or true. I guess
we'll have to wonder whether this was a legitimate complaint, or just
another abuse of the legal system for purposes of harassment (Sam
Sloan with a bath and a new suit).
