Not really, my point is that Truong is claiming that he has absolutely
no idea who/how someone supposedly spoofed his web identity and then
shadowed him around the globe, BUT he KNOWS without a doubt that a
child can do it--he claims that he is expert enough to gauge how easy
it is to do.
