The 9-0 decision is worth a little, but Sloan's complaint is not going
far. The additional complaints (lawsuits) Sloan inital suit generates,
and the next cycle of elections, if any, are up in the air. At time
like this, democracy itself will be blamed. After all, if we
just got RID of these ANNYOING elections, and back to the basics of
Chess, Troung would be just fine.
