Yes, Marcus, I am an executive board member of the USCF. I am also a
well regarded member of the business and political community with a
national reputation. I assume you know that means that damages for
defamation of character or libel could be substantial.

By all means make claims that I am corrupt, a criminal, etc. I am
well versed in civil litigation. If you are, as you claim, a person
with financial resources, I will be more than happy to discuss these
issues with you in court.
