to include Kasparov in the re-unification process 10 years later.
FIDE agreed in Prague that kasparov would play the FIDE champion.
FIDE subsequently found it necessary to replace the current FIDE champion
as Kasparov's opponent.

OK but why didn`t he participate in elimination that was won by Leko ? He
seems to have a special kind of privileges like e.g. Karpov in his match
against Anand in Lausanne in 1998.
