When does Paul Truong have a case to answer in
public or, failing that, when ought he be asked to
resign from the Executive Board?
If someone can provide a reasonable level of
evidence that his fingers were on the offending
keyboard(s), then the time has arrived for him to
answer the case being made against him. If his answer
is inadequate, then he should be asked to resign.
Not before then.

For the record, Larry, my little vignette was designed primarily to
dramatize the rationalization and weaseling of those who seek to
ignore, discredit or discount Mottershead's information BEFORE it has
been evaluated by one or more independent credentialed experts. Our
Experts should then forward their findings to those qualified to weigh
the electronic evidence against other pertinent factors, i.e., to
those qualified to judge. Acts II and III have yet to be written.
Appropriate punishment if judged culpable? Not addressed. Maybe
exposure is enough. Maybe a remonstration to go and sin no more.
Maybe more. Not my department.
