There isn't going to be a recall. Mr. Troung is going to be EXPELLED,

Mr. Troung needs to go back to VIETNAM, and get involved on their
Executive Board.

If Troung murders Susan Polgar (his wife) as he has threateend, and
then blammed lafferety and me,
this is a CRIME. USCF bylaws aren't set up for crimes.
