Goichberg and Sam Sloan accepted Dr. Moscow's proposal, but Susan
Polgar rejected it. More than that, Susan Polgar implied that she was
considering bringing a new lawsuit against the USCF. Since Dr. Moskow
disapproves of lawsuits, Dr. Moskow cut all funding for Susan Polgar
projects.
