In Microsoft Vista OS there is a free game is called "Chess Titans",

just tracks how many games you've won. What a joke. 3D graphics are
nice however. Likewise for Kasparov's sponsored program that you find
on some Boeing 777 airplanes--even at the highest level a class B
player can easily win.

An example of how computers can be dumbed down to satisfy their human

Strange, but my OS came with backgammon, checkers,
reversi and several others, but not chess. There is
obviously a conspiracy, since I would get slaughtered by
a computer in any of those games, but in chess, I have
few equals (Rob Mitchell, Sanny, and maybe IM Innes).

I am with Vista Home Premium and there is Chess Titans Game. May be
there is a difference between Premium and others type of Vista OS.
I am agree - Chess Titans is for kids! If you wonna strong program
- get Ftitz (paid) or Arena with Sparky (free).
