Here is my reply:
That information about the mailing address and email address of Bill
Goichberg is supposed to be published in Chess Life magazine. It is
also included in an affidavit filed by Bill Goichberg in federal
court. It is in document number 16 on the publicly available PACER
file in federal court at:
Your pulling of this for revealing the publicly available address of
USCF President Bill Goichberg is absurd and ridiculous.
It would appear that SS is unable to figure out
that instead of violating a policy and then finding
excuses (i.e. "justifying") for it, the proper order
would of course be to get a "ridiculous" policy
changed first, *then* violate it.
In other worlds, if Mr. Sloan joins a forum
which has ridiculous rules and regulations, his
very first order of business ought to be getting
them changed, so that he and other posters
can live in a non-ridiculous world.
By simply ignoring the "ridiculous" regulations,
it lends an appearance of acceptance, followed
by getting caught making a careless mistake.
Take this line, for instance:
1. e4 e5
2. Nf3 Nc6
3. Bb5 a6
4. Bxc6 dxc6
5. O-O f6
6. d4 ed
7. Nxd4 Bc5??
Now, it never occurred to me that this unusual
move might lose outright, but in fact it does, due
to the dangerous weakening which occurs when
Black advances his f-pawn.
8. Q-h5+!
As anyone from my home state knows all too
well, this is the natural and best square for the
White Queen (and it is about time she finally
got there). Finito! No mas. One dash oh.
