More bull****. The only conflict that we are aware of is the one you have
with the board majority necessitating Chubb hiring different defense
counsel for you and Suzie.

In my case, any two defendants who have the same counsel (other than the
married ones) would be a conflict, since some would have to testify against
the other.


You can help clean up the USCF by resigning. The horrendous decisions
will stand on their own without you and will, hopefully, be addressed
constructively once the energy drain from the scandal you've created has
dissipated.

Their resignation won't make this go away. Absent a clean sweep in court,
The entire board would have to step down, minimum.
