I believe that the ChessPromotion posts at the USCF
Issues forum started MANY months later.

There is a coincidence that does not involve the
ChessPromotion posts: The earliest USCF Issues
posts (that I can find) (posted by anyone) come from
around June of 2005. Don't take this too seriously
until someone checks it. I might have goofed. I am
not sure that I understand the USCF software.
