Default Joel Channing Talked a Better Game than He Played

Sam,

he said that since chess is a "zero-sum game" (in that there is always
one winner and one looser)

Is this some special rule? I seem to recall numerous ways for a game to
end in a draw. The description, "there is always one winner and one looser"
was not part of this interview.

Good luck,
Dave M..
