The obvious choice for this role is your tenth-cousin Ann Coulter.

The requirement to be beautiful and fetching would disqualify her.

The reason I refer to her as my tenth cousin is that my great-great-
great-grandfather Andrew Graham was married four times and one of his
wives was named Margaret Coulter (1755-1792). Her father was Robert
Coulter (1723-1`783). The grandfather of Ann Coulter was William J.
Coulter but I do not know his dates. Nevertheless, it is highly
probably that she really is my tenth cousin.
