Cotreau, Bobby Fischer was no criminal. Yes, he
was "wanted" Stateside for committing an illegal act.

But doesn't committing an illegal act make a
person a criminal per se?

innocent of a crime. That's contradictory. If a person
is innocent of a crime, then he is not a suspect."
