Mr Trice,
We exchanged several e-mails in December 2006. It was about the time
that you were claiming that the Gothic Chess Association had 20,000
paid up members and that the tournaments you ran attracted 4000
entries.
I contacted several people who might know the truth of your claims,
including Dan Heisman, Susan Polgar, those few people who actually
played Gothic Chess online, the people who run standard chess
tournaments in Kansas etc. and every single one of them said, in so
many words, that you are a loon.

The 2002 college scholarship event was just for 1 year's tuition. We
had 895 participants.
In 2003 we had 1640.
In 2004, over 2000.
In 2005 we offered 2 years' tuition, and it was a fiasco, with over
4000 registrations, maybe 60% of the registrations coming within 1
month of the event, and people showing up "at the door" even though
radio ads were mentioning the tournament was, in fact, closed.
There were problems turning people away, let's leave it at that.

I spent a lot of time tracking down and documenting your lies, and
when I discovered that you were involved in the "61 Memorable Games"
scam I contacted Edward Labate and offered to help him destroy you. He
is now in possession of all the evidence I collected and no doubt a
lot of it will be presented in court in due course.
I can't believe anyone, even yourself, believes that I am the same
person as Edward Labate, but if anyone wants to contact me directly
they are more then welcome to do so.
Best wishes,
Jon D'Souza-Eva
