I don't know. I'll try to find out. But that wouldn't change my view that
a national chess federation could make good use of certain aspects of the Mensa
structure.
If we can't have something akin to a Mensa treatment, we don't need to send
Chess HQ anything close to $49 for a membership. $15 just to be on the ratings
database would interest me. That would benefit the sub-national entities such
as organizers, clubs, states, etc.
