To subscribe you must have made an account, as you say you used to be a
member. That account still remains active even if you don't pay membership,
you can still get online and talk to helpers or update your account so that
you unsubscribe of getting e-mails.
The player name you used for your account is the same as in the to: square
of the email you got, the password you should know yourself of course. If
you don't have the program anymore you can just go in internet explorer to:
http://www.worldchessnetwork.com/Eng...untDetails.php
and fill in your username and password. And then update your account and
unsubscribe of getting e-mail.

Also it is better to ask the helpers online if you have a question cause
administrators are very busy and have little time to answer this type of
