An 18 or 19 year old girl may be one thing, but it sure as hell isn't 15.

His life is certainly not as ruined as it would have been if he had gone to
prison and lost his license to practice medicine. As a matter of fact the
whole thing may have been a good learning experience for all involved.
Sexual attraction to any girl who has reached puberty is certainly not
perversion. Was he guilty of mis-judgement? Certainly.
