Why women are less efficient at chess than men?

Of course you are correct, but I think perhaps the point is that it's necessary
to expend a great deal of time and energy *before* one can *start* to play
chess at a reasonable level, and after *that* it's pointless.
Chinese checkers is pointless and has the added value of instant gratification.
