If Phil Innes today is not yet "late", then your statement was too early.
Why did you conclude what you did about "the late Phil Innes"?

When you wrote that, presumably you knew less about me than you may know now.
Apart from several trolls and Kevin Bachler (about whom I expect you may be
able to understand), I have been able to get on at least tolerably well with
other writers here. I would appreciate it if you could acknowledge that I
have not been "writing entirely in lowercase", not been "misquoting Latin,
French, or Cornish", and--most importantly--*not* been making any "threats
against other posters". Thanks in advance.

I hope that Mr. Innes and you will be able to settle your differences with
