How can I get a copy of this earlier book?? I've never seen it.

I use bookfinder.com to locate out of print, collectable (or just used)
books. It's the website of a worldwide network of booksellers. I got my
copy via eBay 2-3 years ago. I think I paid something in the neighborhood
of $50. Interestingly, the seller was Bill Brock, who I see has a
contribution to this thread.

Keep in mind that Fischer was 16 when he wrote this book. The annotations
are not nearly of the depth found in MSMG, but nevertheless reflect a
completely mature sensibility. Twenty-five of its 94 pages of games are
unannotated games from the 1958 Interzonal. The dedication is "To my chess
teacher, Carmine Nigro."
