Sam, I've gone back through this thread, and I see my postings as follows:

1) Active criticism of the Polgar/Truong lawsuit, in which I'm one voice in
a loud chorus. This included speculation on the future of the lawsuit and
even the Polgar-Truong business partnership.

2) An cranky spat with John Fernandez on the appropriateness of his posting
Polgar missives that he doesn't even agree with.

3) Disdain for your own reprehensible comments about Tim Hanke, as well as
some bemused observations on your lap-dog advocacy for this case.

None of this can be construed as an "attack on Susan Polgar." Considering
that some people have viewed your own comments as possibly actionable, maybe
you should take a look at yourself.
