Yeah, I have learned not to say anything when I win, since once in a
while someone will go off the deep end at me.
When I lose I often say 'good game', but I often receive silence in
reply, which feels like extending a hand for a handshake and watching
the other person refuse it.
If the game was really exciting I will add an exclamation point to
'good game' to make it clear that I specifically enjoyed this one and
am not just being polite.
Sometimes we'll end up having a short chat about the game but for the
most part I've resigned myself to ICC being a pretty impersonal place.
