Default Book recommendation

The other posters recommendation is excellent (Euwe's book). Also, Robert
Snyder has a new book out called Unbeatable Chess Lessons for Juniors which
is bascially 25 or so games with every move annotated, a bit like Logical
Chess. It's not predominantly double-king pawn openings though.

Does anyone have any suggestions for books
with as many of the following features as
possible?

1. Aimed at kids or beginners
- every or almost every move annotated
2. Kingside attack, short games
3. Starts with 1. e4 e5
(like 90% of scholastic games)

Something like the first chapter of "Logical Chess" by Irving
Chernev (though it's not entirely Open games)
